This is defiantly a chick flick. It has a dog, Romance and Comedy all rolled up into one. This follows the life of a newly married couple where Jennifer Aniston wants a kid and Owen Wilson tries to get round it by getting a dog.
The dog turns out to be a sofa riping house destroying dog that loves destruction. But when sadness happens upon this family Marley the dog knows when to stop messing around and start being the caring dog he is.
I am not going to give the ending away or what really happens during the film as it is more of an adventure than anything. I think that it is well worth going to see. I am a fan of Transformers, Indiana Jones and Die Hard so I did not really see where the story could be found or followed and the story I did think was something that I did not really see working over 2 hours.
I am happy to say that I was totally wrong. This film was well made and well presented. It never seems to bore even tho it is aimed to summaries a number of years.
Rating for a girly film 9/10
Did it make everyone cry? Yes (there was one ladies absolutely sobbed her heart out for about 30 minutes of the film)
